concept & coordination

Together we will brainstorm original ideas and themes that reflect your style and preferences. We will provide our expert advice, options and suggestions that reflect the style of your wedding and that fall within your budget.   

vendor selection & Liaising

We will provide you with quality vendor recommendations, schedule appointments and handle negotiations. We liaise with all kinds of vendors like decorators, caterers, makeup artist, bar, entertainment, photographer & videographer, etc.

personal attendant for bride & groom

Both, bride and groom, will be provided with their own personal assistant to help take care of all the things they may need. Assistants are also in charge of keeping the day's schedule on track, and help with any issues that may arise.

hospitality desk

Our hospitality desk team will be on standby before and during the festivities to help your guests with anything they might need. I.e Sim card purchases, top ups, booking transport, recommendations on local hip places and events.

location scouting

We will accompany you to the wedding venue and location sites during selection process. Once the venue is decided, we will also set-up appointments with vendors and tastings with caterers as needed to establish logistics.

guest management & RSVPs

We will handle all the guest reservations, questions and requirements that they may have.  We will keep a comprehensive list of accommodation, travel arrangements, dietary preferences, seating charts, and final headcount.  

hamper & gifts

We will help you shop items for customized welcome hampers/gifts and create personal greetings for your guests. After arranging these hampers, we will distribute them in the rooms for your guests to enjoy during the festivities.

onsite coordination

Our team will be present from the beginning of set-up through the entire event and through all of the vendor breakdown. We will oversee set-up and of all vendor services, ensuring correct placement  and management of timeline and flow of events.
